1. Order Cancellation
- Customers apna order order place karne ke 12 hours ke andar cancel kar sakte hain.
- Agar order already shipped ho chuka hai, to cancellation possible nahi hoga.
- Order cancel karne ke liye hume email ya WhatsApp par contact karein.
2. Return Policy
Hum sirf niche diye gaye conditions mein return accept karte hain:
- Product damaged ho
- Wrong product deliver hua ho
- Size issue ho (unused condition mein)
Return request delivery ke 3 days ke andar raise karni hogi.
Return Conditions
- Product unused aur unwashed hona chahiye
- Original packaging aur tags intact hone chahiye
- Product same condition mein return hona chahiye jaisa deliver hua tha
Agar product use kiya hua ya damage hua mila to return reject ho sakta hai.
3. Refund Policy
- Return approve hone ke baad 5-7 working days mein refund process ho jayega.
- Refund original payment method mein ya store credit ke form mein diya ja sakta hai.

Niche diye gaye cases mein return accept nahi hoga:
- Used ya washed products
- Tags removed products
- Offer / clearance sale products
5. Return Shipping
- Agar hamari galti se wrong ya damaged product deliver hua hai to return shipping free hogi.
- Agar size change ya personal reason se return hai to shipping charge customer ko pay karna hoga.
